Danniela Chavez Rodriguez | Todd County
A lifelong resident of Long Prairie, Danniela Chavez Rodriguez has always had a creative spirit. Her passion for design led her to Alexandria Technical and Community College, where she studied Communication Design.
At ATCC, she developed skills in logo design, packaging, web design, and illustration. A hands-on class structured like a design agency provided real-world experience, allowing her to work with community clients on projects such as posters, T-shirts, and pamphlets. Her talent was recognized at the American Advertising Awards, where a conceptual brand design earned a silver award in its category. Graduating in 2024 with an associate’s degree, she now applies her expertise at the Long Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce, handling flyers, branding, posters, website management, and organizational tasks, as well as working for the Long Prairie Leader photographing school sports and events and reporting on city council meetings.
Beyond professional work, she takes on freelance design projects, creating logos, posters, and business cards. Her creative pursuits extend into personal hobbies, including drawing, working with clay, digital art, video games, and spending time with her pets.
